The Building7th floor barbecue patios Both the First Avenue and Second Avenue buildings feature seventh floor patio decks that are available for resident use. Each patio features two barbecues with piped in gas. Please be courteous to your neighbors and clean the patio deck, as well as the barbecue after each use. Also remember to obey all posted rules. If you use the barbecues you must remember to turn off the gas! Courtyard Escape the busy city life by paying a visit to Belltown Court's serene courtyard. Four fountains provide a peaceful ambience amidst this English garden setting. Camp A’nile Room The Camp an’ile room, the Belltown Court clubroom, features expansive views of the beautifully landscaped center courtyard. The extensive facilities include a full sized kitchen equipped with all the major appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher), large dining table, and a sitting area with an lcd flat screen television. The clubroom may be reserved for private functions with a $200 deposit (collected at time of reservation), which allows access to the clubroom bathroom and stereo system. Pool, spa and dry sauna The third floor of the Phase I building holds the Pool, Sauna, and Spa. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations regarding pool use. Remember the Washington State Health code requires a cleansing shower before using these facilities. Fitness Center The Fitness Center, located in the south east corner of the courtyard, offers an extensive variety of cardio and strength training equipment. This amenity is open to all residents. Please obey all posted rules and regulations Business Center Located in the Phase II (2nd Ave) lobby, the Business Center includes a computer, copier, fax machine, and access to package deliveries . The fax phone number is (206) 448-0872. Long distance faxes require a calling card. Instructions are posted above the copy/fax machine. The computer use is free of charge on a first come first serve basis and is for resident use only. Internet access is not provided. Please read and comply with all posted rules while using the business center. Guest suites The Belltown Court has two Guest Suites available, which can be reserved by residents at $75 per night (studio) or $105/night (one bedroom). Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Each reservation is limited to a 3 night stay, but an extension may be granted if the suite has no other reservations at the time of checkout or the reservation is made within two weeks of the requested reservation date. Residents agree to pay the full amount of the stay at the time of booking and cancellations may incur penalties. Occupants of the Guest Suite are considered guests of the hosting Homeowner or Tenant. Guests must comply with all of the condominium Rules and Regulations and the hosting resident is responsible for all guest behavior, misbehavior and resultant damage. Pets are not allowed.
