Frequently Asked Questions

Most all questions can be answered by visiting our Belltown Court Owners Association House Rules.

Q.   How many condominium units does Belltown Court consist of?

245

Q.   What do the the HOA dues provide for?

Monthly dues are responsible for all opertating costs of Belltown Court Condominums including water, sewer, and garbage.  Dues do not include cable, phone, or internet service.

Q.   I am listing my unit for sale, is there anything I need to inform the onsite office of?

The onsite manager must be notified when a unit is listed.  Listing agents must complete a lockbox registration form prior to installation.  Please view section XVI of the Belltown Court rules and regulations for additional information.

Q.    Does each condominium include a storage unit?

No. Section C in the Declaration lists the units and their storage numbers and parking assignment (reserved or open garage).

Important Storage Unit Information
Please be sure to keep your personal items inside of your storage locker. Items left outside or on top of lockers will be disposed of — these are fire hazards.

Q.   How do I get extra keys?

Garage permits and remotes and unit keys are the responsibility of the owner/landlord or their real estate agent. The office does not have master keys for the individual units.

Q.   Is there any additional parking for guests?

There is no additional parking on-site — there is one parking space per unit.

Q.   What do we do in case of an emergency?

Each residential floor provides access to four different stairwells. In the event of an emergency do not use the elevators, but instead proceed to the nearest stairwell and exit the building in an orderly fashion.
